How to use it

Have a Windows desktop without a camera? Don’t worry, if you have an Android phone, this app helps you.

1. Install the OpenCamera Windows software on your desktop, then install the OpenCamera Android app on your phone.
2. Open the OpenCamera Windows software, it will create a virtual camera device. On your desktop, input the IP address prompted on the phone app to pair the desktop and your phone.
3. Now, your desktop can access the camera through our app on your phone!

Compatibility

We tested and ensure OpenCamera can successfully work with the following apps. We are expanding the compatibility of OpenCamera to more apps. Issues and PRs are always welcome!
